It is a common phenomenon, that, when you are not interested in any particular activity, then you tend to lose your motivation in doing it. This is because, you tend to feel as if, you are punishing yourself and therefore, you stray away from your schedule, simply because, your motivational levels are down.

It is therefore, very important, to see to it, that, whatever weight loss activity you do; you must do it in a way, which you enjoy. Now, if you feel, that this is totally absurd and weight loss activities can never be fun filled; then I can suggest a few activities, which can make your weight loss regime pretty enjoyable.

The following are some of the activities, which you can do:

1. Health diet party
If you are sick of sticking to a low carb, no fat diet and are on the verge of straying away from your diet schedule, then healthy diet party can be a novel way to stick to your diet regime. All you need to do is to arrange a group of weight watchers and go for health diet parties. This way, you do not feel that you are actually punishing yourself. As it is you can go for a theme based party, such as raw food party, or zone diet party etc. This would be quite helpful in sticking to your diet chart. Along with that, your motivational levels would be high as well.

2. Diet Competitions
In most probability, you must have watched a number of contests on television, where contestants gobble up a number of food items, in a stipulated period of time. You can do this as well. For example, you can arrange a cabbage soup contest, where the contestant, who can consume, the largest quantity of cabbage soup, would be adjudged the winner.

3. Football
Get in touch with your old pals, and arrange for a match of football. A game of football on a regular basis would not only be helpful in lowering the fat content of your body, but would also reduce the stress level. It would be quite helpful in refreshing your senses and would also be quite helpful in building up your stamina.

4. Playing Hide and seek with your children
Playing hide and seek with your children, would not only help you in losing fat; it would also be an excellent way of bonding with your children. Apart from that, it would also help in reducing your stress level. You can replace hide and seek with other games, like basketball, football etc. depending upon your interest.

You can easily lose a lot of weight, if you actually enjoy your weight loss program. This is because, when you enjoy the activity, which you are doing, then you tend to do it more often. This would mean a lot more of weight loss.
