  5. Deep breathing exercise can also be quite helpful in reducing your fat content. This is because, the more oxygen intake you have, the more the calorie burnout. Deep breathing is an exercise, which you can do any where, and you do not have to go for a change in your schedule, to do that. Whether you are in the office, or in the shopping mall, or watching a movie, you can always go for deep breathing exercise.

Weight loss is a slow and steady process and hence it requires a lot of patience from you; and if are able to hang on to your patience, then you have every chance of fulfilling your dream.
